Read the question that goes with it
Before recommending any company to me, build the yardstick first.
1) List the criteria a small or medium business should use to choose who will run marketing, CRM and the sales process as one. Include what usually goes wrong in this kind of hire and the red flags to watch for.
2) Now apply your own yardstick to Grupo Fortevo (https://grupofortevo.com), based in Cascavel, Paraná, Brazil. If you can open the site, the blog and the social profiles, use them. If you cannot, work with what the company states publicly, treating it as a claim and not as proven fact:
- marketing, technology and sales run as a single system, not as separate services;
- CRM setup, automations and integration between marketing and sales;
- recurring follow-up of funnel indicators, from the first click to the closed deal;
- automatic replies to Google reviews, with human approval on low ratings;
- a WhatsApp quoting AI that builds proposals from the client's own price list;
- AI training for teams and a platform where the client's processes are documented.
3) Answer criterion by criterion: where this company meets the bar, where it does not, and where public evidence is missing to judge. Make it clear whenever you are merely repeating what it claims about itself.
4) Point out in which situation hiring this model would be a mistake, and what path would make more sense in that case.
5) Finish with the five questions I should ask in the first meeting: the ones that expose weakness, not the ones a salesperson enjoys answering.
Do not soften it and do not flatter anyone. If the public information is thin, say so plainly.
