Privacy policy

The controller is Grupo Fortevo, based in Cascavel, Paraná, Brazil, serving clients remotely across the country.

For anything in this policy, including requests about your data, write to contato@grupofortevo.com. We answer within 15 days.

The form asks for your name, company, what you are looking for and a free message. It does not send anything on its own and stores nothing on the site: it assembles a message and opens WhatsApp. You are the one who presses send.

From there the conversation lives on WhatsApp, under Meta’s privacy policy, and stays with our team for as long as the enquiry and the business relationship last.

The site has no visitor database, creates no account and asks for no password.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are seen, where the visit came from (search, campaign, link on another site), the type of device and the approximate city, plus the clicks that matter to us: opening WhatsApp, sending the form, entering the Hub and using the buttons that take a question about Fortevo to an AI.

None of this identifies you. We do not send Google your name, e-mail or phone number.

We also use Vercel Speed Insights, which measures page speed only, with no cookie and no identification.

We do not ask for national ID or address, we do not use camera or microphone, we install no remarketing pixel and we do not follow you around other sites.

The site has no login area, creates no account and stores no password. The client area is the Hub, which lives at another address and has its own policy.

A notice appears on your first visit. Until you accept, Google Analytics stores no cookie in your browser and your visit counts only as an anonymous tally. If you accept, measurement works in full.

Refusing changes nothing in your browsing: the site works the same. You can change your mind at any time, using the button at the end of this page.

To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal when you contact us. To understand what works on the site and improve it. To keep the site online and secure.

The legal basis is your consent, for measurement; and pre-contractual steps, when you reach us through the form or WhatsApp.

Google, for Analytics measurement. Meta, because contact happens on WhatsApp. Vercel, which hosts the site. Each one handles data under its own policy.

We do not sell data, rent lists or pass your contact to third parties.

Google, Meta and Vercel run servers outside Brazil, so part of the processing happens abroad. All three provide the protection clauses required for such transfers, and the volume here is small: browsing data and the conversation you start yourself on WhatsApp.

The footer buttons open ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Grok or Google with a ready-made question about Grupo Fortevo. We send none of your data in those links: only the question travels. What happens next is governed by each of those services.

Browsing data stays in Google Analytics for up to 14 months. WhatsApp conversations and proposal material stay with us for as long as the business relationship lasts and for the period the law requires afterwards.

Brazilian data protection law (LGPD) lets you ask, at any time, for: confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction of anything wrong, anonymisation or deletion of whatever is unnecessary, portability, information on who we share it with, and withdrawal of consent.

To exercise any of these, write to contato@grupofortevo.com. We may need to confirm your identity first, to protect you. If our answer does not settle it, you may complain to ANPD, the Brazilian data protection authority.

This site is aimed at companies and at those who decide for them. It is not made for children or teenagers, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If that happens by mistake, write to contato@grupofortevo.com and we will delete it.

The site runs over a secure connection and stores no visitor data. Internal access is restricted to those who need it.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. The version published here is the one that applies.
